We’ll explore the different parts of you that show up​—like the one that shuts down, or the one who feels really tired— and begin to understand why they’re there and what they need.

You’ll learn to connect with a deeper presence within you—what we call the Self—a place that feels calm, clear, and capable of holding whatever shows up.

As emotions begin to move through the body, not just the mind, something shifts. The tension softens. The work becomes real—not just insight, but actual felt change and  healing.

About Me

Psychologist & Yoga Teacher

I’m a clinical psychologist with an academic background across the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal, and a foundation in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. What shapes my work is a deeply experiential approach. Emotions aren’t just talked about, but truly felt and processed in the body, at your own pace.

 

I bring deep respect for each person’s inner world, working gently and collaboratively, with care for the protective patterns and emotional defenses that have helped you cope.

​

In addition to my clinical training, my background as a yoga and meditation teacher brings a grounded understanding of how emotional healing can also move through the body. These practices continue to inform and enrich the way I hold therapeutic space.

I see therapy as a process of gently reconnecting with the clarity, strength, and wisdom already within you—even if they’ve felt out of reach for some time.

Our Therapy Space

I offer 1:1 online therapy sessions in English or Portuguese, held via Google Meet from the comfort of your own space.

 

Each session lasts one hour and is shaped around what’s present and meaningful for you in that moment. This is a space to slow down, turn inward, and meet yourself with curiosity and care.

Free Introductory Call

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. It’s a space for us to meet, talk about what brings you here, and explore how we could possibly work together—gently and without any obligation.

A Look Inside the Process

In our sessions, we’ll work with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model—a gentle, experiential approach that supports you in exploring what’s happening inside.

Here’s a glimpse of some of the key elements of this therapy:​

IFS understands that we all have different inner parts—some that protect us, and others that carry pain.


For example, you might notice a part of you that wants to move forward, while another holds back in fear. 


In therapy, we gently turn toward these parts with respect—not to get rid of them, but to understand their role and heal them.
