"May every part of you be welcomed
- not just your joy and your strength.
May there be room for your grief and fatigue.
May you find safe spaces where the fullness of your human heart can show up."

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or at war with yourself
Maybe your mind feels constantly busy with fear, doubt or self-criticism
Maybe certain emotional states feel too much, too confusing, or too hard to stay with
Maybe you find yourself shutting down, overthinking, or losing touch with what you feel or need
What therapy with me can offer
A safer space to feel
A space where you can begin to stay with what you feel, without becoming so alone, overwhelmed, or afraid of it.

A different relationship with yourself
Together, we explore fear, overwhelm, self-criticism, or vulnerability in a way that allows more understanding and less inner pressure or conflict.
More than talking
This work is not only about understanding things from the mind. It is also about noticing what is happening in the moment, in the body, in emotion, and in your inner experience: it's experiential.

Change that comes effortlessly
When there is enough safety, space, and support, things inside can begin to soften and change in their own way. There is no need to force change, it comes naturally as your inner system is more unburdened.
About Me
I’m Eva, a Portuguese psychologist whose story has also been shaped by living, studying, and travelling abroad.
I have a deep appreciation for different cultural backgrounds, inner worlds, and ways of making sense of experience: something that is especially meaningful in my work with both Portuguese and international clients.
My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and informed by the body, nervous system regulation, and felt experience. Alongside my psychology training, my path has also been shaped by yoga and body-based practices, which continue to inform the way I understand presence, regulation, and inner change.

I care deeply about creating a space where people can begin to feel what they feel without becoming so overwhelmed by it — and where inner experience can be met with more safety, compassion, and support.

For me, therapy is not only about understanding ourselves from the mind. It is also about learning how to be with what is happening inside in a more embodied, experiential, and accompanied way.

Sessions &
first steps
I offer 1:1 online therapy sessions in English or Portuguese, held via video call from the comfort of your own space.
Each session lasts one hour and is shaped around what’s present and meaningful for you in that moment. This is a space to slow down, turn inward, and meet yourself with curiosity and care.
Free Introductory Call
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. It’s a space for us to meet, talk about what brings you here, and explore how we could possibly work together.
A Look Inside the Process
In our sessions, we’ll work with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model: a gentle, experiential approach that supports you in exploring what’s happening inside.

Here’s a look into some of the key elements of this therapy:
IFS understands that we all have different inner parts: some that protect us, and others that carry pain.
For example, you might notice a part of you that wants to move forward, while another holds back in fear.
In therapy, we gently turn toward these parts with respect: not to get rid of them, but to understand their role and help them transform.
